Berry Blast Smoothie
1 cup of frozen blackberries
1/2 cup of frozen raspberries
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
1 cup of almond milk
1/4 cup of raw honey
(feel free to use your preferred sweetener)
I placed all ingredients in my dash blender and blended them on the smoothie option.

All my frozen fruits I buy fresh and freeze myself. They taste so much better. Highly recommended.
