Delicious smoothie bowl from @food_health_happiness
smoothie- 150ml lite milk (or your milk of choice), 2/3 cup of frozen berries, 2/3 frozen banana blended. Pour into bowl.
On top: kiwi fruit sliced, half a banana sliced, goji berries, 1/3 cup of warm berries, some raw muesli and a few almonds.
